Annual Jefferson/Jackson event in Philadelphia was stage for Democratic PA Senator to Announce His Recent Party Change and to "THANK" those who warmly welcomed his return.
"THE PRODIGAL SON" returns to his roots as a democrat and promises National Alliance of Women Veterans Founder, Cathy Santos support for the women veterans of Philadelphia. Cathy Santos sought help over the years and personally held once Republican US Senator Arlen Specter responsible for the problems experienced by many women who served in the armed forces and experienced military sexual assault, mainly due to his role and relationship with the "Specter-Cheyney Spying Bill".
